Sea Foam & Peach Color Combo

The humidity in Korea has drop from 85% to about 50% so I guess you could say you can start to feel fall coming. This outfit is my last little hold on summer. It's light-weight materials and colors aren't ready for fall just quite yet! You could also argue I look like an Easter egg. I love this skirt because again, I am obsessed with flowy chiffon fabrics. The pleats are a fantastic little detail and I think the length of this skirt is perfect. Being 5'2, it can be hard to find skirts that hit right above the knee. Any lower and I look awful short. Any higher and I'm just not comfortable teaching in it.

Another thing I'm digging about this outfit are the shoes. A shoe that is similar to your leg skin-color creates an optical illusion where the eye continues to move down your leg and doesn't stop like it would with a colored shoe. This is a must for us short ladies! I found these shoes when I was back home visiting in the States. Just what I needed. They give me the look of longer legs but they're easy to stand all day in and even better - they're Dr. Scholls so the insides are all nice and squishy.

How about you? Are you holding on the summer as long as you can or are you ready to bring in the new fall fashion?

  4. I am dying over this color combo. Your legs look OUT OF CONTROL. Also, I love that you mostly wear flats. Very realistic for Korea.

    1. Ain't nobody got time for heels in Korea! Okay, you know that's totally a lie. There's too many gorg ladies rocking heels all day here. How do they do it?!
